How a custom program is built
Every custom program starts with a scoping conversation with your leadership and learning sponsors. We discuss the roles being trained, the practice areas and matters they handle, the AI maturity of the organization, and the outcomes you want to drive — better matter throughput, defensible AI use, faster onboarding, a culture shift, or all of the above.
From there we assemble a curriculum: courses pulled directly from the Skule.ai catalog, plus custom modules authored for your firm where the off-the-shelf curriculum does not go deep enough — for example, a module that walks attorneys through your firm's own AI use policy, or a workshop on the specific document types your eDiscovery team handles every week.
Schedule, pricing, and delivery format are all custom. We can run a program over four weeks or four quarters, blend self-paced units with weekly cohort calls, build certification gates between modules, and reserve dedicated time with course authors and AIDirect engineers when the program calls for it.
On-demand and instructor-led — together
Self-paced learning scales; instructor-led learning lands. Custom programs blend both. Learners work through on-demand units inside Skule.ai with the AI Instructor Agent, and meet live in cohort sessions to discuss application, work through your firm's specific matters, and get unstuck on the harder parts.
Where the work product matters — drafting an AI use policy, building a firm-specific prompt library, evaluating a vendor — instructor-led workshops drive the team to a tangible deliverable inside the engagement window. Every workshop is grounded in your organization's actual use cases.
Custom courses, testing, and certification
When standard courses do not fit, we author custom modules for your team — typically 4–8 units, written and produced in the same Skule.ai format and graded by the AI Instructor Agent. Custom modules are common for proprietary workflows, firm-specific eDiscovery protocols, internal tooling, AI use policy rollouts, and onboarding-grade content.
Knowledge checks, exercises, and capstone evaluations are built into the program. Certification tracks are available where appropriate — including the LexGo AI Practitioner Certification for teams using LexGo AI in production.
Pricing
Team and Cohort plans are quoted per program based on learner count, course mix, custom course development, instructor hours, and certification scope. Most engagements receive volume pricing well below the cost of individual seats.
